偏心轮精冲复合模设计

本文分析比较了偏心轮的新旧加工工艺。在普通压力机上采用改进后的精冲技术,可提高工件的尺寸精度及表面粗糙度,减少机械加工,从而提高生产效率及降低产品成本。对偏心轮零件的排样,精冲压力机计算及模具的结构设计作了介绍。
In this article, the new and old processing technologies of the eccentric wheel are analyzed and compared. Using improved fine blanking technique on the common press can increase dimensio
nal precision and surface roughness of the work piece, reduce mechanical process, increase the production efficiency and decrease the production costs. The blank layout of the part, the calculation of the fine blanking force and the design of the die structure for the eccentric wheel are introduced.
