车削锥形数控编程方法
已知毛坯为Φ30mm的棒料,3号刀为外圆刀,试车削成图示的正锥。
解 确定分三次走刀,前两次背吃刀量2mm,最后一次背吃刀量1mm。按第一种车锥路线进行加工,终刀距S1 =8mm;S 2 =16mm。具体程序如下
