圆薄片零件精密研磨实验研究

    摘要:通过对钨合金圆薄片零件的精密研磨实验,确立了钨合金圆薄片零件精密加工工艺路线;分析了弱刚性零件研磨常用装夹方式对研磨精度的影响;设计了专用研磨工装,使零件在研磨过程中几乎处于自由状态,有助于降低零件研磨后的形位公差;叙述了手工研磨操作和研磨过程中应注意的事项,分析了研磨过程中出现的问题和采取的措施。

The Experiment Research of Circle Slice Precisi on Plane Lapping

    Abstract:The paper establishes the reasonable technology through the plane precision lapping experiments of W metalalloy circle slices,analyzes the effects of the fixing fashions in common used to the lapping accuracy of the weak rigidity workpiece,designs the appropriative plane lapping tool,that makes the workpieceal most to be placed in the free stateand is beneficial to improve the plane lapping accuracy, describes the operationsnad the items that should becareful in the experiments,and analyzes the appeared problems and the solving measures.
